A Message From Our Founder

Hey beauties, I’m Priscilla, the founder of Rosie Bel Beaute. A latina born and raised in South Florida. I’ve always had a passion for creativity and self-expression. I believe in celebrating individuality and empowering others to embrace their uniqueness.

Rosie Bel Beaute’s story began with the birth of my daughter Rosie Isabella in 2014. From there, I dove into my artistry career, building a team of over 75 artists and stylists at PriscillaM Beauty. After a decade of experience, I opened a makeup and hair academy, where I delved into research and product testing for our students.

Driven by a deep love for beauty, I felt compelled to share my incredible products with you all. I am beyond excited to present Rosie Bel Beaute to the beauty world, dedicated to providing only the best for you!

Our team provides on-location mobile hair and makeup services in the Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia and South Florida Area. Some areas include Northern Virginia, Frederick, Rockville, Baltimore, Bethesda, Potomac, McLean, Tysons, Alexandria, Fredericksburg, Arlington, Springfield, Fairfax, Leesburg, Ashburn, Falls Church, Annandale, and Vienna. In our South Florida location some areas include West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Aventura, Coral Gables. We go wherever the bride wants us to be, including destination weddings. . Minimums apply.
We offer wedding and event makeup and hair. One on one and group makeup lessons. Services can be held in our Germantown, Maryland studio. South Florida services are on-location only.
Yes, we can accommodate as many as possible. Depending on how early you are willing to start, our contracts come with one artist and one stylist. If given a short getting ready time due to client’s request, you can add an additional assistant that will help minimize the time by 1- 1.5 hours or you can add additional lead artist or stylist tol minimize the time in half. Additional fees apply.
